Keeping cool in Reception with giant ice marbles, salt and colour! What fun!

Ice lollies!

What a hot day it was today! 

We made ice lollies to help us cool down...can you tell an adult how we made them - use the pictures to help you remember. 

What happened to the water when we put it in the freezer? How did it change? What happened when we left the chocolate in the sun? Why did it change?

Dancing Raisins

Do raisins float or sink?  Can we make them dance? What happens if we put them in fizzy water?
